Depending on the product processing method, the automobile mould can be divided into five categories: punching and shearing moulds, bending dies, drawing moulds, forming dies and compression moulds.

A. Punching shear mold: it is done with the cutting function. The usual forms are shear punch, blanking punch, punch die, trimming die, whole edge die, punch die, and die cutting die.

B. bending die: is the smooth hair embryo bent into the shape of an Angle, depending on the shape of the parts, precision, and the amount of production, but there are many different forms of mold, such as ordinary bending die, bending die CAM, crimping die seam, circular arc bending die, bending die and die, etc.

C. Drawing mould: the drawing mould is made of flat wool into a seamless container.

D. forming mold: refers to through a variety of local deformation method to change the shape of hair embryo, its form has raised a forming die, roll edge forming die, necking forming die, hole flange forming die, flange forming die.

E. Compression mold: it is the use of strong pressure to make the metal wool embryo flow deformation and become the desired shape, its kind has extruding punch, embossing die, stamping die, end press die.
