2. Technical communication

Each year, the company sends technical designers to the college for further study. At the same time, it does not regularly invite senior design experts from well-known colleagues in mold industry to communicate with us. Through technical communication, we try to promote the design of our company by signing and absorbing the advanced design concept and design method of the industry.

3. Technical strength

Fully in the process of product design by using CAE/CAD design software, process simulation analysis, the CAE technology has become a necessary link in mold design and manufacturing, is used to predict component forming defects, and optimization of stamping process and die structure, improve the design reliability, save test time, greatly shorten the mold development cycle, make the design to scientific design experience.
